PARTIAL DENTURES
CAST FRAME PARTIAL DENTURE
Vitallium is our alloy of choice. Available as Basic, Standard, or Premium.
CAST FRAME PARTIAL w/ FLEXIBLE CLASPS
Same high quality Vitallium frame but with flexible clasps using
duraflex (pink), duracetal (tooth shade), or visiclear (clear).
FLEXIBLE PARTIAL
Very light weight and extremely thin compared to an acrylic partial.
Easy insertion for the dentist and best of all your patients love the fit.
ACRYLIC PARTIAL
Not your average all acrylic partial. Whether using it as a long term appliance
or a short term temporary, you don't want to spend an excessive amount of time
trying to seat your partials. Our acrylic partials are surveyed, the undesirable
undercuts blocked out, and then processed on a duplicate model. After processing
the partial is pre-fit to the master model. A real time-saver for you!
YOUR DAY JUST GOT EASIER
IMPLANTS and BARS
CUSTOM TRAY
Good custom tray design can be critical in achieving an acurate implant impression.
IMPLANT OVERDENTURES
A denture retained by individual abutment attachments such as the Locator, is a simple way
to improve patient satisfaction.
BAR OVERDENTURES
Sometimes, splinting all of the implants together with a bar is the way to go. Various
attachments can be used in conjunction with the bar, such as hader clips or Locators.
FIXED-DETACHABLE HYBRID
If your patient wants a prosthesis that is fixed but factors such as cost
prevent them from having a ceramic restoration, a hybrid denture may be the way to go.
A temporary hybrid denture may also be used prior to and during the fabrication of a final
ceramic restoration.
SOFT TISSUE MODEL
Just as the success of any restoration requires a good accurate impression from the operatory, it is
equally important to have a good accurate model from the lab on which to build the restoration. Don't take your model work for granted.
VERIFICATION JIG
An important step to make sure that the implant replicas in the model are true to the implant position in
the mouth. The jig can also be used to take a very accurate impression.
SPECIALTY APPLIANCES
SPLINTS & OCCLUSAL GUARDS
Made to your specifications. Our most popular splint is custom waxed and heat cured using high impact
clear acrylic. We can design it with ball clasps, arrowhead clasps, and various ramp designs to achieve
your desired results. Also available are vaccum formed splints and mouthguards and hard/soft combinations.
ESSIX APPLIANCE
Whether simply a vaccum formed space maintainer or an appliance which includes denture teeth
incorporated into it, we can fabricate to your requirements.
CLEAR DUPLICATE DENTURE
Used with radiograph or CT scans to aid in the treatment planning for implant placement. Can be fully edentulous or partially edentulous. We can duplicate an existing appliance or set new teeth in optimum position and duplicate the new set-up.
MEDICAMENT CARRIER
A custom fabricated carrier that covers the teeth and/or the mucosa used to deliver topical medicaments to treat diseases of the gingival and oral mucosa.
SURGICAL GUIDE
Used as a guide for bone shaping after extraction of teeth. Also for gross reduction of ridge when using
the "All-on-4" technique.
OBTURATORS
-
Surgical Obturator is fabricated prior to surgery and is used by the surgeon to hold packing in place and seal the surgical site.
-
Interim Obturator is usually placed after initial healing of surgical site. Denture teeth may be added to facillitate better esthetics.
-
Definitive Obturator is the final prosthesis and may be a full acrylic denture or a partial denture with a cast framework.
DIAGNOSTIC SET-UP
FULL ARCH IMPLANT SUPPORTED CERAMIC BRIDGE
Using temporary abutments we will provide you with a denture tooth set-up which mimics a fixed ceramic
bridge. You can use it to evaluate the arch as to the feasability of using fixed work and to make esthetic
changes to the point where the patient actually preapproves the esthetics of the final restoration before it
is started. Your fixed lab can then use the set-up to design their substructure and use it to establish the
esthetics of the porcelain crowns.

SURPRISES
FPD WITH BONE LOSS INVOLVED
The same technique as above can be used to evaluate a fixed bridge when replacing teeth where there has
been excessive bone loss. Using denture teeth and wax to simulate the gingival areas which need to be
restored, we will provide you with a "faux bridge" to evaluate and help you plan on the front side for the
best esthetic results for your patient.
